Shipping + Refund Policy

Processing times:

As our gooey marshmallows are made to order, please allow us 3-5 business days to process your order. Shipping can then take 2-3 business days after that.

We do try to get orders out ASAP, but around seasonal holidays please allow us up to 5-7 business days to make your items. We want to ensure your marshmallows are the freshest when they arrive.

All orders are shipped via UPS ground or FEDEX ground unless otherwise requested by the shipper.  Currently we do not ship to PO BOXES.

Shipping in warmer weather:

Our marshmallows are each packaged in a separator tray for maximum freshness. However, when shipping in hot summer months sometimes the sugar can melt and can make the marshmallows sticky.  Sticky is ok! They are still edible and yummy. If you would like them to not be sticky, toss them in a small batch of cornstarch and powder sugar mix.

How do we ship?

We ship with ice packs & insulated bubble wrap to help with keeping your marshmallows cool for the trip.

Shipping Delays due to COVID-19
Due to COVID-19,  shipping couriers are NOT ALWAYS ABLE to honor delivery guarantees. Unfortunately, shipping delays are not under our control. We do make every effort to ship each order out as soon as possible to allow a few extra days for your package to reach its destination.

Customer’s Responsibility

  • It is the customers' responsibility to enter accurate and complete address details at checkout to desired delivery location. The Fancy Marshmallow Co. is not responsible for any shipping delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided.
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees required due to any changes in delivery from the original destination or delivery method selected at checkout. 
  • Customers are responsible for additional shipping fees to resend orders that are returned to us due to incorrect addresses or recipients not receiving or picking up their orders when held at the couriers' pickup facilities.

Shipping costs are calculated on the checkout page. Prices are displayed in USD $.


Due to the fact that all of our items are edible and perishable -- for food safety reasons no refunds or exchanges will be given.

If your order arrives damaged then please reach out to and we will work with you to make it right.
